High-speed galvanostatic anodizing without oxide burning using a nanodimpled aluminum surface for nanoporous alumina fabrication

Rapid formation of a porous alumina film without oxide burning was achieved by anodizing in etidronic acid at large current densities using nanodimpled aluminum surface. After the electropolished specimens were galvanostatically anodized 0.3 M solution 293 K, uniform formed relatively low up to 20 Am−2. first process, an array dimples fabricated on surface removal chromic acid/phosphoric solution. nanostructured specimen once again under same conditions, possible applied density increased with size nanodimples, and during high-speed process dimpled five times. Many pores grew whole from initial stage; then, that bottom survived clear as voltage reached maximum value.
